Dr. Desirea D. Caucci, PT, DPT - Owner
Dr. Caucci is a staff Physical Therapist and co-owner of Conshohocken Physical Therapy. She graduated from
Arcadia University in 1999 with a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Minor in Spanish. In 2002, she earned
her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University. Arcadia maintains a prestigious national reputation in
the field of physical therapy, ranking 7th in the nation.
Dr. Caucci's passion for learning did not end after graduation. Immediately upon graduating, she accepted a
full-time outpatient position at one of the largest clinics on the east coast. In her first year alone, she
attended five different continuing education courses to further develop her skills in manual therapy, evaluation,
assessment, treatment interventions and to become certified in administering FCEs. She also has gained
extensive knowledge and experience with myofascial release through direct manual therapy in the clinic in
addition to attending myofascial release continuing education courses.
Dr. Caucci’s desire to make a real difference in her patients lives guided her to open her own private practice.
With the support of her husband and co-owner, Robert Caucci, Conshohocken Physical Therapy was
established in 2005.
In 2008, Dr. Caucci had the honor of being named one of the Top 3 Physical Therapists in the Nation by
Advance Magazine; an annual award voted on by a number of her peers. In 2010, She was awarded a Dorland
Health People Award at the National Press Club in Washington, DC. The Dorland Health People Awards
program fixes its spotlight on the individual practitioner, the in-the-trench team member, the daily care
provider and the leaders who inspire, motivate and empower professionals—by recognizing healthcare
professionals who are making a difference in transitioning the patient through the complicated healthcare
landscape. Additionally, she has played an integral part in Conshohocken Physical Therapy being named the
“Best PT Practice” in Montgomery County for the past three years.
With a desire to promote physical therapy, health and wellness to all people Desirea created an injury
prevention iPad application called "Motion Doctor". The iPad application was designed for consumers who are
currently healthy and not experiencing physical pain. It serves as a reference of exercises categorized by body
part, activity, sport and occupation that will help maintain a healthy and pain free body. The Motion Doctor
can also be used by Physical Therapists, to show patients how to do exercises at home with a visual reference.

Dr. Nicole Puzio, PT, DPT
Dr. Puzio, a South Carolina native, joined Conshohocken Physical Therapy in March 2007. She earned a
bachelor of science degree in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina and a Doctorate in Physical
Therapy from Arcadia University. She is a highly talented Physical Therapist who adds to the quality and
personalized care at CPT. She brings a vast knowledge of Physical Therapy and specializes in manual therapy.
Dr. Puzio has been trained in the McKenzie Method, Maitland, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Sports Medicine and
Lower Extremity.
Dr. Puzio shares in the CPT philosophy of providing quality and personalized care to every patient. “I’m happy

Robert is a co-owner of Conshohocken Physical Therapy. He graduated from Beaver College in 1999 with a
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration. While at Beaver College he played four years on the Men's
Basketball team and Men's Baseball team, won Senior Male Athlete of the Year in 1999, was a member on the
Student Athlete Advisory Committee.
For nearly a decade after graduating college, Robert pursued a career in philanthropy as the Director of the
Platt Caddie Scholarship of the Golf Association of Philadelphia. The non-profit organization awarded nearly $1
million in college scholarships to young men and women each year. During this time, Robert also worked
alongside wife and business partner, Dr. Caucci, to open Conshohocken Physical Therapy.
Within two years of its inception, Robert's passion for developing Conshohocken Physical Therapy became his
focus and he has helped to grow the practice with his marketing, public relations and human resources skills.

Dr. Christopher T. Wickel, PT, DPT
Dr. Wickel, a Lancaster County native, joined Conshohocken Physical Therapy in February 2011. He earned a
Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at the University of Pittsburgh and graduated from Arcadia University

Dr. Wickel has been a member of the APTA since 2008 and recently attended the APTA's national Combined
Sections Meeting. With a strong interest in golf fitness, Dr. Wickel has acquired a "Titleist TPI" certification in
golf fitness.
He has gained experience in a variety of settings from hospital-based inpatient rehabilitation to providing pro
bono physical therapy services in Jamaica. “I’m excited to join passionate professionals at a clinic that advances
PT by emphasizing personal and individualized care.”
