Desirea D. Caucci, PT, DPT
Desirea attended Beaver College, currently known as Arcadia University, in Glenside,
Pa. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Minor in Spanish in
1999. By maintaining a grade point average of 3.7 and scoring over 1700 on the
standardized G.R.E., she was automatically accepted in to Arcadia University’s
inaugural doctorate program of Physical Therapy. Arcadia maintains a prestigious
national reputation in the field of physical therapy, ranking in the top 10 of all
academic institutions.

In addition to being highly involved in academics, Desirea has also participated in
numerous other activities. Throughout her graduate studies, she maintained a high
grade point average while serving as class secretary, social committee director and
a teaching assistant. In May 2002, Desirea earned her Doctorate in Physical
Therapy, and immediately upon graduating, she accepted a full-time outpatient
position at one of the largest clinics on the east coast. In her first year she
attended five continuing education courses to further develop her skills in manual
therapy, evaluation, assessment, treatment interventions and to become certified
in administering FCEs.

Desirea’s desire to treat in a private practice guided her next career move to a
smaller, privately owned outpatient facility. She gained extensive knowledge and
experience with myofascial release through direct manual therapy in the clinic in
addition to attending a myofascial release continuing education course. Time spent
with this company further reinforced Desirea’s passion to become an independent
practitioner and to pursue her own private Physical Therapy practice.  With the
motivation and support of her husband and business partner, Robert Caucci, the
inception of Conshohocken Physical Therapy evolved.
Nicole Dobrin, PT, DPT
Nicole Dobrin, a South Carolina native, joined Conshohocken Physical
Therapy in March 2007.  She earned a bachelor of science degree in
Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina and a doctorate in

She is a highly talented Therapist who will add to the quality and
personalized care at CPT.  She brings a vast knowledge of Physical
Therapy and specializes in manual therapy.

She shares in the CPT philosophy of providing quality and personalized
care to every patient.  “I’m happy to work at a private practice that
thrives on providing individualized care,”  said Dobrin, “It will allow me to
build strong relationships with our patients and make real differences in
their lives.”
